At Ghetto Bible Story, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we hope you love everything you receive, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please read our return and refund policy below:


All Sales Are Final (Physical Books)

Due to the nature of our products, all physical book sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including but not limited to buyer’s remorse, incorrect orders, or minor imperfections.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we’re here to make it right. To qualify for a replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging
  • Include your order number in the message

Once we verify the issue, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.


Digital Products

All digital downloads, including eBooks or PDFs, are non-refundable. Due to the instant nature of delivery, we cannot offer returns or refunds on any digital purchases.


Wrong or Missing Items

If you received the wrong item or your package is missing something, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will correct the issue promptly.


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.
