Shipping policy
At Ghetto Bible Story, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review the shipping details below before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-demand periods or product launches, processing times may be extended slightly, but we will always communicate delays clearly on our website.
Shipping Within the United States
We currently ship to all 50 states within the U.S. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or another trusted carrier, depending on your location and selected delivery speed.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and based on your delivery address and order size.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking number to update and show movement.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer. If you catch a mistake, contact us immediately at support@ghettobiblestory.com — if your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to correct it.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. While we are not liable for lost or stolen items after delivery is confirmed by the carrier, we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier and provide support however we can.
Currently Not Shipping Internationally
At this time, we are only shipping within the United States. We hope to expand to international destinations in the future.
